Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7–30 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges and handling fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
